Waitlist and email news

If you explicitly join the waitlist, Axorift stores your email address, consent version and time, signup source, page, and any standard campaign parameters present in the link. These details are used only to maintain the Nova Corsairs waitlist and send occasional development news, release announcements, or possible playtest invitations. A new subscription or resubscription also triggers an operational alert to a project-controlled address so the waitlist can be monitored; that alert includes the subscribed address, signup source, date, and current active count.

Active entries are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Unsubscribing excludes the address from active exports immediately; the inactive record is removed after 90 days. You can unsubscribe at any time. Joining does not promise access, a playtest, or a release date.

Voluntary crash reports

If you choose to send a report from the game, the report can include application and engine versions, platform, error message, source, function, line, diagnostic stack, report ID, fingerprint, and an optional comment.

These reports are used only to reproduce, diagnose, group, and prioritise defects. Raw reports are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Minimal aggregates without the stack, message, or comment may be retained for up to 12 months to understand recurring defects.

An authorised operator can retrieve one report by its ID through a project-controlled private dashboard. The dashboard processes that report in memory, does not add it to its local waitlist database, and calculates rule-based diagnostic guidance locally. The report is not sent to an external AI or analysis service.

The service necessarily sees the network connection while handling a request and may process its address transiently to limit abuse. Neither the raw IP address nor an IP-derived hash or truncated network prefix is retained with the crash report or in the private support dashboard.

When Cloudflare provides it, a report may include coarse request context: country, region, Cloudflare data-centre code, network ASN and organisation, and a Cloudflare Ray ID. The Ray ID correlates a request at Cloudflare; it is not a Nova Corsairs account or player identifier. This optional context is used only to investigate ingestion, delivery, or recurring technical patterns. It is shown only on the private detail view, never in notification emails, Worker logs, dashboard lists, or exports, and is deleted no later than the raw report.

Service providers and operator systems

• Cloudflare delivers the site, executes the crash and waitlist services, protects the forms with Turnstile, stores waitlist and crash records in separate D1 databases, and sends operational waitlist and crash alerts to a project-controlled verified address. Turnstile processes technical request information needed to detect automated abuse. Crash alerts contain only minimal technical metadata.
• Project-controlled private infrastructure runs the operator dashboard described above. It retrieves a report only when an authorised operator opens its ID and does not keep a second raw-report database.
• Google provides optional Google Analytics 4 measurement only after a visitor allows it. The configuration disables Google Signals, advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalisation. See the Google Privacy Policy.

This list is updated if the deployed providers or processing systems change.

Analytics and cookies

Axorift uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate page views and visitors, referral sources, approximate country, browser and device categories, navigation types, and page-performance indicators. Cloudflare states that this service does not collect or use visitors' personal data. It is not used to send waitlist email addresses or crash-report contents.

Google Analytics 4 is optional and remains completely unloaded until you choose “Allow Google Analytics.” If allowed, it measures page views and navigation, scrolls, outbound links, site search, video engagement, downloads, form interactions, selected internal calls to action, failed waitlist attempts by broad error category, and successful waitlist submissions. It can also process referral and campaign information, approximate location, browser, device, and other technical request information. Arbitrary URL query parameters are removed from page-view measurement; only standard UTM campaign parameters are retained.

The email address entered in a form, Turnstile token, unsubscribe token, crash-report text, and crash-report identifiers are never included in Google Analytics events. Google Analytics may set the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_* for up to 13 months. Event and user-level data in the GA4 property are configured for 14-month retention. Aggregate reporting can remain available beyond that period.

The site does not use advertising pixels, session recording, or cross-site behavioural profiles. Google Signals and advertising personalisation remain disabled. You can refuse Google Analytics and still use the site. Use Analytics settings in the footer at any time to allow it later or withdraw permission; withdrawal prevents future Google collection and removes accessible _ga* cookies from this site.

Your choices and requests

You may ask for access, correction, export, or deletion of data associated with your email address or a crash report ID. Contact contact@axorift.com with enough information to locate the relevant record. We may need to verify that the request is legitimate before acting.

Infrastructure recovery features can retain a short-lived backup after logical deletion. Deleted data is not restored for ordinary use.
